I’m terribly sorry Ian, I drew the eyes and nose first and it was brilliant, immediately clear who the picture was meant to be and the more I added detail around the face the less like Ian McKellan it actually looked. The end result was a shame as Ian has such a recognizable face and I have totally failed to capture it.
